Terms of Service
General Terms
✦ I, the artist, have the right to decline or discontinue a commission AT ANY TIME for any reason.✦ The final commission is for personal use only. At this time (September 2021), I am not taking commercial commissions.✦ I hold the rights over my commissions in any way I see fit, including (but not limited to) producing and selling prints, posting to my social media accounts, displaying in public such as at conventions.Exception: An original character of the client and personal art for the client.✦ Any images sent to me to be used as references may appear in speedpaints, livestreaming and videos of the like. If this concerns you, please discuss this with me!✦ The complexity of the subject may affect the final price.✦ Tips are not compulsory, but are very much appreciated! :)
Payment
✦ Near finished & finished commissions are NON REFUNDABLE.✦ You may cancel your commission slot before I recieve payment. If a refund is needed after I start the commission, I will refund 50% of your original payment sent to me. I do not give full refunds if a commission is near completion, completed or unless something happens on my end.✦ When I am ready to start your commission, I will email an invoice to you through PayPal.
Payment must be sent upfront by you, the client, through PayPal only in AUD (Australian Dollars).✦ If no images are supplied and I need to research references and ideas for the commission, a fee may be applied on the amount owed depending on time it takes to research.✦ I, the artist, will give you, the client, 14 days to make payment in full from when I send the PayPal invoice, otherwise your slot will be cancelled.
Customer Satisfaction & Turn Around
✦ Currently, the turnaround time from payment to finished product is around 2-3 weeks, depending on complexity. This makes sure I do not burn myself out.✦ Layered files such as .PSD and .Procreate files will not be given. Finished work will be send via e-mail in either .JPEG or .PNG.✦ I, the artist, will do everything I can to make my clients are satisfied. However, after a commission is completed, I may only make small changes if asked to do so.Example: Fixing small marking & colouring mistakes and moving the signature.If you, the client, would like a large part of the commission changed near completion or after completion, you, the client, must buy another commission. Example - a new pose, change of clothes, etc.
Copyright / Usage Policy
✦ I, the artist, hold all rights to the all stages of the commission, not the client.
Client Obligations & Rights
✦ You, the client, MUST be over the age or 18 to order.✦ You must contact me through Instagram or Discord that can be frequently monitored for feedback, questions and general communication regarding your commission.✦ You, the client, must supply up to 5 relevant reference images for the commission. This can be what your original character looks like, clothes they may wear, expressions, etc.✦ I have the right to cancel the commission if I become uncomfortable, so please be mindful what you send to me.✦ A working email address for sending the finished commission to.✦ You MUST credit my work & link back to me.✦ You, the client, have no right to demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is recieved.✦ If payment is refused to be made or has not been paid by a set date, then I, the artist, has the right to cancel the commission and claim ALL RIGHTS of the commission.✦ By requesting a commission you, the client, agree to ALL TERMS. Scams and fraud attempts through PayPal, i.e chargebacks, will NOT be tolerated and the commission will be terminated. You will not be eligible for a refund, will become blacklisted, reported and warned about to other artists in my circle.
YOU ARE ALLOWED TO:
✦ You are allowed to crop and resize for any social media use, however I ask that you,
the client, continue credit me.✦ You are allowed to print for yourself ONLY in any way.
YOU ARE DENIED ANY RIGHT TO:
✦ You are NOT allowed to trace, colour and paint my sketches, linework, or finished commission.✦ You are NOT allowed to resell, distribute or use my commission in ANY WAY to make sales.✦ You are NOT allowed to claim my artwork, skills and abilities as your own.✦ You are NOT allowed to remove my signature and/or watermark.✦ You are NOT allowed to use my work that violates my rights and ownership of the copyright.Breaking copyright infringement in any way will release ALL RIGHTS you have of the commission, and it will no longer be your property, as well as become blacklisted client.

Men & Masculine People, NSFW of any kind, Mecha, Anthropormorphic Art, Heavy Gore, Fetishes of Any Kind, Some Celebrities, Armor & Minors Put In Compromising Situations & Positions OF ANY KIND.
Rendered Portrait - $100 AUD Base Price
The commission will be a portrait (in my style only) of one female character to the shoulders of your choosing, either in front on view or 3/4 view. This can be either an original character of yours OR fanart of an exisiting character.
Rendered Bust Portrait - $150 AUD Base Price
The commission will be a bust up portrait (in my style only) of one female character to the shoulders of your choosing. This can be either an original character of yours OR fanart of an exisiting character. If you have a pose in mind, please attach it to this form as a JPG.
